Scotsbridge Holdings’ anchor development is the 0.7 acres Argyle street site straddling the Glasgow international financial services district (IFSD) and the Buchanan Street retail district. Scotsbridge Holdings is now in the midst of undertaking feasibility studies and seeking planning permission for the development of an iconic multi-tower mixed commercial development.
The Company is also in the midst of bidding for additional anchor sites to deepen its development pipeline in the region.
